Locally made Cheese

We sell a selection of locally made cheese from the Famous Doddington Dairy. The Doddington, Berwick Edge , Cuddy’s  Cave  and the Famous Darling Blue, this cheese was named after Grace Darling who actually died in the house in Bamburgh where my shop is in.

we also sell Northumberland local cheese , Nettle , Smoked and Elsdon.

Fresh cheese doesn't like to be put at the .  back of the fridge. As soon as it's opened wrap the cheese in grease proof paper, rather than cling film to stop it "sweating". For most cheeses, store it in the salad area of the fridge where it is least exposed to varying temperatures.
